Stop by the Public Computing Center at the Sidney Library every Friday in September from 3 – 5 p.m. for Open Gaming.
Challenge your friends (or librarians!) to a game on the Wii (it’s connected to our Smartboard), use one of our computers to play games (yes, we have Minecraft), or play on one of our iPads. Or, just come hang out!

Marta is a self-taught painter who started out working with oils. She says, “Watercolors have lured me with their spontaneity and vibrancy and I am now concentrating on working with them.” Genaro Lives in Mt. This summer we had a hummingbird moth visiting the flower planters by the back entrance of the library. A kind patron snapped some photos. Check them out on our Facebook page.
We had new carpet installed over the weekend. It looks great but took a lot of work to move everything out and then back in before we opened this morning. Check out some pictures from the process on our Facebook page.
We had to move EVERYTHING out…
